自拟参苓胃消胶囊治疗功能性消化不良的临床观察

目的评估参苓胃消胶囊治疗功能性消化不良（functional dyspepsia，FD）的疗效。方法用随机、对照、开放、平行的试验方法进行研究。入选108例FD患者，随机分为2组。对照组予以多潘立酮片，治疗组予以参苓胃消胶囊加多潘立酮片，治疗2W。观察患者临床症状、胃排空及胃感觉功能变化情况。结果两组治疗2W均可明显改善FD患者上腹痛、腹胀、早饱、嗳气、食欲不振及恶心等症状。治疗组治疗前症状总积分为（11．12±3．73），治疗后为（6．63±3．54），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；对照组治疗前症状总积分为（10．73±3．64），治疗后为（8．04±3．43），较治疗前也明显降低（P〈0．05）。两组治疗前后的症状总积分比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组中FD患者的总症状改善率为（45．98±19．44）％，对照组的总症状改善率为（27．15±13.35）％，两组总症状改善率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组均可改善FD患者的胃排空及感觉功能，治疗组效果更佳。结论参苓胃消胶囊具有改善FD临床症状及胃肠功能的作用。

The effect of senling weixiao in patients with functional dyspepsia

Objective To investigate the clinical symptom and stomach function of shenling weixiao on functional dyspepsia（FD）.Methods A randomed, contrasted, opened, paralleled study was conducted. 60 patients who met Rome Ⅱ criteria for FD were randomized into 2 groups. Domperidone was given to the control group, shenling weixiao and Domperidone was given to medical group for 2 weeks. At the end of medication, the clinical symptom and stomach function of FD was assessed.Results After 2 weeks treatment, both medical and control group have significantly improved the symptoms of abdominal pain, abdominal distention, early satiety, belching, anorexia and nausea in patients with functional dyspepsia （P〈0.05）. The scores of the symptoms medical group before and after treatment were （11.12 ± 3.73） and （6.63 ± 3.54）. The scores of the symptoms control group before and after treatment were （11.73 ± 3.64 ）and （8.04± 3.43）（P〈0.05）, there were significant differences in the total scores between pre- and post-treatment in each group. The improvement rate of symptoms in medical and control group was （45.98±19.44）% and （27.15±13.35）%, and significant differences. Medical and control group have improved gastric emptying and sensation, significant differences.Conclusions Shenling weixiao is a effective medicine for treatment of functional dyspepsia.
