| 摘 要： | 加巴喷丁是一种新型抗癫痫药，其化学结构与GABA相似。近年研究表明，该药对多种疼痛的治疗有效，特别是对顽固性神经性疼痛和术后疼痛有较好的镇痛效果。由于不良反应较少和与其他药物不发生相互作用，该药可能成为有前途的镇痛药或镇痛辅助用药。

| Abstract: | Gabapentin is a new anti-epileptic agent whose chemical structure resembles that of GABA. A number of recent studies have indicated that gabapentin played a role in a variety of pain states. Gabapentin has been clearly demonstrated to be effective for the treatment of neuropathic pain and postoperative pain.This evidence combined with its favourable side-effect profle in various patient groups and lack of drug interaction,make it an attractive agent in pain managment. |
