铁蛋白放射免疫测定及其正常值

本文叙述了铁蛋白的放射免疫(双抗体法)的改进及其正常值。原先的试验需要72小时才能完成,改进后的试验采用37℃温育,只需要24小时即能完成。各项性能参数仍达到原试验的指标要求。其正常值男子组(n=100)95％的范围为22～240ng/ml,中位数为76ng/ml;女子组(n=102)95％的范围为16～132ng/ml,中位数为34ng/ml。<16ng/ml被认为有铁缺乏存在,此结果与Amersham公司的药盒相符。

FERRITIN RADIOIMMUNOASSAY AND ITS NORMAL VALUES

A modified method of Ferritin RIA using double antibody and the normal values in 202 healthy persons were reported.By changing the incubation condition to 37癈 water bath, it only needs 24 hrs for the completion of the whole test instead of 72 hrs. All parameters fulfil the requirments of original test.The values of 95% healthy men (n= 100) ranged 22-240ng/ml, median was 76 ng/ ml; and the values of 95% healthy women (n= 102) ranged 16- 132 ng/ml, median was 34 ng/ml. It was concluded that the value below 16 ng/ml might be considered as iron deficiency. This is in correspondence with the results of Ferritin RIA. kit supplied by the Amersham company.
