中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻40例疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法：将80例粘连性肠梗阻患者随机分为2组，治疗组40例采用西药治疗，同时加用复方大承气汤；对照组40例单用西药治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为92．5％，对照组为72．5％，两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组平均疗程为（5．0±2．5）天，对照组平均疗程为（7．5±2．9）天，两组比较，差异有显著，陛意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻有较好的临床疗效。

Curative Effect Observation of Therapy of Combination of TCM with Western Medicine on Adhesive Ileus, A Report of 40 Cases

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of combination of TCM with western medicine on adhesive ileus. Method: 80 cases with adhesive ileus were divided into two groups randomly. 40 cases in treatment group were treated by western medicine and Potent Purgative Decoction with Additions. And other 40 cases in control group were treated by only western medicine. Result: In treatment group the total effective rate was 92. 5%. In control group the total effective rate was 72. 5%. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0. 05 ). The average treatment course in treatement group included 5.0 ± 2. 5 days, and that in control group included 7.5 ± 2. 9 days. There was also significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclu- sion : The effect of therapy of combination of TCM with western medicine is good on adhesive ileus.
