| Abstract: | We describe three patients with multiple liver metastases of carcinoid tumor who received hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy using degradable starch microspheres (DSM). A partial response was obtained in all cases, and no side effects were observed. We believe that this chemotherapy was an effective treatment for unresectable liver metastases of carcinoid tumor. |
