2011年南宁市城区居民食用盐碘监测结果分析

目的了解南宁市城区居民食用碘盐情况,为监督提供科学依据。方法根据《广西壮族自治区碘盐监测实施方案》进行采样,按GB/T13025.7-1999测定。结果共检测食盐样品1 764份,合格碘盐1 726份,不合格碘盐30份,非碘盐8份,碘盐合格率为98.3﹪,碘盐覆盖率为99.6﹪,合格碘盐食用率为97.9﹪。结论南宁市城区居民用户碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均达到国家碘缺乏病消除标准,但存在碘盐加碘不均匀的情况,值得重视。

Analysis on the surveillance results of taking salt iodine among the residents in Nanning County,2011

Objective To understand the situation of residents taking edible iodized salt in Nanning and provide scientific basis for monitoring.Method Selecting the samples according to the implementation regulation of iodized salt monitoring in Guangxi Province and detected according to GB/T13025.7-1999.Results We have tested 1 764 samples and 1 726 were qualified,among them,30 samples of inodized salt and 8 samples of un-inodized salt were disqualification,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 98.3%,inodized salt coverage rate was 99.6%,and edible rate of qualified iodized salt was 97.9%.Conclusions The iodized salt for residents in Nanning had achieved the goal of elimination iodine deficiency disorders in China.But iodized salt add iodine was asymmetric,we need to pay attention to that.
