结核病防治健康教育实施的调查分析

目的调查本地及周边地区医疗机构对结核病健康教育情况,结核病相关知识知晓率、获知方式及途径提出建议。方法通过电话或实地调研对本地及周边地区58所医疗机构及200名住院病人进行问卷式调查,就调查结果结合文献进行分析。结果三级医院对结核病的健康教育工作落实良好,一级、民办及小诊所等医疗机构健康教育实施情况差;居民对结核病知识知晓率较低,其获得结核病相关知识主要通过电视媒体,而在院内获得知识途径则主要通过医生、护士讲解。结论本地及周边地区居民对结核病相关知识知晓率低,医疗机构对结核病健康教育实施情况不良,结核病的健康教育有待加强。

Investigation and analysis of implementation tuberculosis prevention and cure health education

Objective To investigate tuberculosis health education of medical institutions in local and surrounding areas,the knowledge rate of residents about tuberculosis and their acquirement ways and approaches,and proposed some recommendations.Method Making a questionnaire survey via telephone and field visit to 58 medical institutions and 200 inpatients in local and surrounding areas,the results were analyze combined with literature.Results Tertiary hospitals work well on publicity and education of tuberculosis,while implementation situation of primary hospitals,private and small clinics and other medical institutions were poor,the residents knowledge awareness rate about tuberculosis was not high,and they obtained the knowledge mainly through television media,while in hospital,the knowledge acquired mainly from doctors/nurses explanation and residential tuberculosis knowledge awareness rate was poor.Conclusions The awareness rate about tuberculosis of residents in local and surrounding areas were poor,the implementation status of tuberculosis health education was not good and it should be strengthened.
