| 摘 要： | 目的探寻妊娠期高血压疾病（HDCP）患者胎盘MMP-9／TIMP-1和Fas蛋白的表达、相互关系及其意义。方法随机选择HDCP孕妇45例为病例组，同期住院的正常孕妇40例为对照组，采用免疫组化染色SP法测定胎盘MMP-9／TIMP-1和Fas的表达。结果HDCP组MMP-9／TIMP-1蛋白的表达低于对照组（P〈0．05），Fas蛋白的含量高于对照组（P〈0．05）。培论MMP-9／TIMP-1和Fas均参与了HDCP的发生。
