顺-6-氟-3-氯代亚甲基-硫色满-4-酮的体内抗肿瘤活性研究

摘    要:目的探讨顺-6-氟-3-氯代亚甲基-硫色满-4-酮(CMFT)的急性毒性及体内抗肿瘤活性。方法考察CMFT的急性毒性,建立移植性肿瘤模型,通过灌胃和腹腔注射给药考察CMFT的体内抗肿瘤活性。结果CMFT毒性较低,可显著抑制H22肝癌细胞小鼠皮下移植瘤的生长,并明显延长乳。腹水瘤小鼠的存活时间。结论该化合物具有较高的体内抗肿瘤活性且毒性较低,值得对其进行深入研究。

Abstract:Objective To explore the antitumor effect and acute toxicity of 3-chloromethylene-6-fluoro-thiochroman-4-one(CMFT) in vivo.Methods In this experiment tumor cells were inoculated subcutaneous in mice.The infected mice were treated by CMFT with the method of intragastric administration or peritoneal injection.Results CMFT was low toxicity and solid tumor caused by H22 can be inhibited obviously by CMFT and the live time of the mice implanted ascitic tumor S180 were prolonged.Conclusion These show that the com...
