| 摘 要： | 目的比较L形与矩形额肌瓣悬吊术式治疗重度上睑下垂的临床效果。方法104眼采用L形额肌瓣悬吊术，87眼采用矩形额肌瓣悬吊术。结果191眼术后随访6个月-1年，L形额肌瓣治疗重度上睑下垂的手术时间、出血量及并发症均少于矩形额肌瓣悬吊术。结论L形额肌瓣悬吊术治疗先天f生重度上睑下垂效果优于矩形额肌瓣悬吊术。
