针灸联合桂枝汤泡洗治疗中风恢复期肩手综合征临床观察

目的 探讨针灸联合桂枝汤泡洗治疗中风恢复期肩手综合征(SHS)的临床疗效。方法 前瞻性非随机选取医院康复医学科2016年1月至2018年6月收治的中风恢复期SHS患者96例,按患者意愿分为对照组(41例)和观察组(55例)。两组患者均予针灸治疗,观察组患者加用加减桂枝汤泡洗。结果 观察组总有效率为94.55%,显著高于对照组的75.61%(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)及内皮素-1(ET-1)、缓激肽(BK)水平均显著降低,Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、一氧化氮(NO)水平均显著升高,且观察组患者上述指标改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论 针灸联合桂枝汤泡洗治疗中风恢复期SHS,可缓解疼痛,提高上肢运动功能,改善其各项实验室指标。

Acupuncture Combined with Modified Guizhi Decoction Immersing for Shoulder-Hand Syndrome During Stroke Recovery Period

Objective To investigate the clinical application of acupuncture combined with modified Guizhi Decoction immersing in shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS)during stroke recovery period.Methods A prospective,non-randomized collection was performed among 96 SHS patients during stroke recovery period who were admitted to Department of Rehabilitation Medicine in the hospital from January 2016 to June 2018.According to wishes of patients,41 cases were given acupuncture(control group),while 55 cases were given acupuncture combined with modified Guizhi Decoction immersing(observation group).Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.55%,which was significantly higher than 75.61%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,the levels of endothelin-1(ET-1)and bradykinin(BK)were significantly reduced after treatment;the Fugl-Meyer’s assessment scale(FMA)scores and the levels of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)and nitric oxide(NO)increased significantly,and the improvements of the above indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with modified Guizhi Decoction immersing in treatment of SHS can improve clinical curative effect,relieve pain,improve upper limb motor function and improve various laboratory indexes.
