奥氮平联合碳酸锂治疗缓解期双相障碍临床评价

目的 探讨奥氮平联合碳酸锂治疗缓解期双相障碍(BPD)的临床效果及对患者认知功能的影响。方法 选取医院门诊2016年7月至2018年7月收治的缓解期BPD患者156例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各78例。两组患者均予碳酸锂治疗,观察组患者加服奥氮平,两组均持续治疗8周。结果 观察组总有效率为94.87%,明显高于对照组的80.77%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的持续错误数、错误应答数和持续应答数均明显减少,完成分类数、持续操作测验(CPT)和言语记忆测验(HVLT-R)评分均明显升高,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的生活领域、心理领域、独立性领域、社会关系领域、环境领域和精神信仰评分及总分均明显升高,且观察组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(2.56%比5.13%,P>0.05)。结论 奥氮平联合碳酸锂治疗缓解期BPD,可显著提升患者认知功能,明显改善生存质量。

Olanzapine Combined with Lithium Carbonate in the Treatment of Remission Bipolar Disorder

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of olanzapine combined with lithium carbonate on cognitive function in patients with remission bipolar disorder(BPD).Methods A total of 156 patients with BPD in remission period treated in the hospital from July2016 to July 2018 were divided into the control group and observation group by random number table method,78 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lithium carbonate alone and the observation group was added with olanzapine.Both groups were continuously treated for 8 weeks.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than 80.77%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of persistent errors,erroneous responses and persistent responses significantly decreased,the number of completed classifications,CPT and HVLT-R significantly increased in the two groups,and the improvements in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the life,psychological,independent and social fields,environment,spiritual beliefs and total scores of the two groups were significantly increased,and the improvements in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of adverse reactions in the observation group and control group were equivalent(2.56%vs.5.13%,P>0.05).Conclusion Olanzapine combined with lithium carbonate in the treatment of remission BPD can significantly improve the patients’cognitive function and their quality of life.
