病理科加强感染性标本的管理对控制医院感染的影响及其解决措施

目的:探究病理科加强感染性标本的管理对控制院内感染的影响及其解决措施,为感染性标本导致院内感染制定防范措施提供合理化的建议和改善方法。方法:通过分析病理科感染性标本接收方式、标本处理流程及医疗垃圾处理等方面存在的污染防控点,详细剖析感染性标本导致院内感染发生环节,为摸索建立可行性改善方案提供依据。结果:从管理到执行,从医院到科室再到责任人,均存在薄弱环节,应进一步加强规范化管理、完善感染性标本的管理措施。结论:建立健全规范管理制度和操作规章,改变感染性标本的处置程序对预防和控制病理科院内感染已迫在眉睫。

Influence of Strengthening Management of Infectious Specimens in Pathology Department on Control of Nosocomial Infection and Its Measures

Objective:To explore the influence of strengthening the management of infectious specimens in the department of pathology on the control of nosocomial infection and its measures,and to provide reasonable suggestions and improvement methods for developing preventive measures against nosocomial infection caused by infectious specimens.Methods:By analyzing the pollution prevention and control points in the ways of receiving infectious specimens,the procedures of specimen treatment and the treatment of medical wastes in the department of pathology,and the links of nosocomial infection caused by infectious specimens were analyzed in detail,which provided a basis for exploring and establishing feasible improvement plans.Results:In management and execution,from hospitals,departments to responsible persons,there were weak links,so it was necessary to further strengthen the standardized management and improve the management measures of infectious specimens.Conclusion:It is urgent to establish and perfect the standard management system and operation regulations and to change the disposal procedure of infectious specimens so as to prevent and control nosocomial infection in the department of pathology.
