基于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下肿瘤血液科医、护、患安全性防护措施及其效果分析

目的:分析基于新型冠状病毒肺炎(Coronavirus disease,即COVID-19)疫情下肿瘤血液科医、护、患安全性防护措施及其效果,减少疫情下医、护、患焦虑情绪,从而更好地服务肿瘤血液科患者。方法:选取疫情期间(2020年1月20—2月20日)收治的出院患者55例及科室医护工作人员30人相关信息;分析其预防措施、正确穿戴和脱摘防护用品、严格手卫生和遵守咳嗽礼仪落实情况;同期比较2019年出院患者100例的医疗安全质量指标的差异。结果:疫情下医、护、患零感染COVID-19,疫情期间患者出院例数、平均住院天数、平均住院费用较2019年同期明显下降,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而疾病好转率、并发症发生率之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:基于COVID-19疫情下肿瘤血液科防护措施得到有效落实和防控,免除了患者焦虑心态。

Analysis on Safety Precautions for Doctors,Nurses, and Patients against COVID-19 in Oncology and Hematology Department and Its Efficacy

Objective:To analyze the safety precautions and efficacy against Coronavirus disease(COVID-19)in Oncology and Hematology department,and to reduce the anxiety of patients in Oncology and Hematology Department,so as to better serve patients in Oncology and Hematology department.Methods:Information of 55 discharged patients and 30 medical staff of the department during the epidemic period(from January 20 to February 20,2020)were selected.The implementation of preventive measures,proper wearing and removing of protective equipment,strict hand hygiene and observance of cough etiquette were analyzed.The medical safety quality index of 100 patients discharged in 2019 was compared in the same period.Results:There was no COVID-19 infection among doctors,nurses and patients during the epidemic period.The number of patients discharged from hospital,the average length of stay and the average hospitalization cost during the epidemic period were significantly reduced compared with the same period in 2019,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the difference between the rate of disease recovery and the incidence of complications was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The prevention and control measures of Oncology and Hematology Department were effectively implemented and prevented under the outbreak of COVID-19,which exempted the patients from anxiety.
