广州地区中年人群血脂流行趋势的探讨

目的了解广州地区中年人群血清血脂水平的流行趋势。方法研究对象包括工人和农民。血脂测定由美国疾病控制中心标准化的实验室完成。结果1983～1994年，十年广州地区中年人群血脂水平具有上升的趋势，尤其1987～1988年农民组男性的甘油三酯升幅最大，上升达59．3％，而工人组总胆固醇的均值亦已接近200mg／dl工人组血脂水平均明显高于农民组。结论由于这些危险因素的升高而导致冠心病、脑卒中等心血管疾病的发病增多，将成为这些人群健康的潜在威胁。

Analysis of lipid level in the sera of Guangzhou middle-aged persons

:Objective To investigate lipid level in the sera of Guanghou middle-agedpersons for the prevention of the cardiovascular disease. Methods As a part of PRC-USA collaborative research program in epidendology of angiocaldiopathy, surveys were conducted in bothage of 35 ~ 54 years, urban and rural POpulation, from 1983 to 1994 in Gu~agnzhou every fiveyears. The sera were separated within 3 hours after collection of the fashng venous blood andmeasured Cholesterol (TC), Triglyceride (TG) and High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (HDL-C) by the ABA200 and Abbott Spectrum in the lab standardized by the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Results Since 1983, among tLhe middle-aged people in Guangzhou, the blood lipid levels (TC, TG, HDL-C) have showed the increasing trends, particularly the TG of therural men in 1987 ~ 1988, from 80. 8mg/dl to 128. 9 mg/dl, increased by 59. 3%. The meanlevel of TC in urban approaches 200mg/dl. The lipid levels in urban districts were significantlyhigher than mral ones (P < 0.0010). Besides the TC in 83-84, TC and TG in 87- 88, between the men and women there were significant difference in the lipid levels and the lipid rates(P < 0. 01 ~ 0. 0010). Conclusion Because the development of economy, the dieal changeand reduced the physical labor, foods with high cholesterol and fat are taken by the people, andblood-lipid levels are increasing in this population. The increase of the lipid levels will enhancethe occurrence of the coronary heart disease and other angiocardiopathy as potential menace tohealth of these people.
