血清硫酸粘多糖片断与非小细胞肺癌的关系探讨及应用价值

目的 探讨血清硫酸粘多糖片断与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的关系及血清硫酸粘多糖片断检测的应用价值。方法 采用美国Polylabs的LTA乳胶凝集法试剂检测NSCLC26例、非NSCLC恶性肿瘤50例、非肿瘤80例患者和正常人对照108例血清硫酸粘多糖片断;观察12例LTA阳性NSCLC病例治疗前后血清硫酸粘多糖片断变化情况。结果NSCLC组、非NSCLC恶性肿瘤组、非肿瘤组、正常人对照组阳性率分别为88.46%、14.00%、10.00%、7.41%;LTA乳胶凝集试剂检测硫酸粘多糖片断对NSCLC的灵敏度为88.46 %,特异性为90.33%;各对照组之间对LTA乳胶凝集试剂检测结果的特异性差别无显著性意义(x2=0.035,P>0.05);NSCLC组与各对照组之间对LTA乳胶凝集试剂检测差别均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。12例LTA阳性NSCLC患者治疗前后血清硫酸粘多糖片断的变化与对NSCLC的治疗疗效有关(x2=0.89,P>0.05)。 结论 LTA法检测血清硫酸粘多糖片断用于筛查高危人群中NSCLC患者,对NSCLC临床诊断及观察疗效有较大的应用价值。

To Investigate the Relation Between Glycosaminoglycan Fragments and NSCLC and its PracticalValue

Objective To investigate the relation between Glycosaminoglycan fragments and NSCLC andits applied evaluation . Methods PolyLabs LTA was used to detect Glycosaminoglycan fragments in serumof patients with 50 NSCLC , 50 non- NSCLC cancers, 80 non-tumor and 108 healthy controls .And watchedthe changes of Glycosaminoglycan fragments in serum of 12 NSCLC patients before and after operation .Results The positive rate of Glycosaminoglycan fragments in serum from NSCLC patients, non- NSCLCpatients, non-tumor patients, healthy controls were 88.46 %,10.00%,7.41%.The diagnosis sen-sitivity and specificity of the kit were 88.46%,90.33%.there was no significant difference amongthe result from the controls groups(x2=0.035,P>0.05).there was significant differencebetween the result from the test groups and the controls groups(P<0.01). The changes ofGlycosaminoglycan fragments in serum of 12 NSCLC patients before and after operation had to do with thecurative effect of the NSCLC patients (X2=0.89,P<0.05). Conclusion The kit of LTA to detectGlycosaminoglycan fragments in serum is an effective way to find NSCLC patients in the great dangerousgroups,and has great practical value for the diagnosis of NSCLC and watching its curative effect oftreatment.
