床边微创救治高血压脑出血疗效分析

目的比较高血压脑出血两种不同治疗方法的差异。方法将收治的高血压脑出血100例患者随机分为两组（对照组和微创组）进行比较。结果微创组中的近期优良率和远期良好率均高于对照组：微创组病死率明显低于对照组。结论微创置管手术较内科治疗能显著改善高血压脑出血轻、中重型病人的预后。降低高血压脑出血病人的病死率和病残率。

The analysis to the curative of minimally invasion treatment the hypertension cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To compare the treatment of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage with two different modus. Methods 100 patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage was randomly divided into two groups:minimally invasion group(n=50)and control group(n=50). Results The near term choiceness rate and long-dated favorable rate in minimally invasion group;the near term choiceness rate and long-dated favorable rate in control group;there was a very significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Minimally invasion treatment may enhance the prognosis of the hypertension cerebral hemorrhage,and it may reduce the rate of death and the rate of disablement.
