江苏省2009年手足口病流行特征的聚类分析

目的：描述和分析江苏省2009年手足口病的流行特征。方法：利用＂中国疾病预防控制信息系统＂数据库,统计2009年江苏省手足口病各月发病数,不同年龄组及不同地区发病率,根据《江苏统计年鉴—2009》所提供的影响手足口病发病的社会经济因素相关资料,采用系统聚类方法分别对其进行统计分析。结果：江苏省2009年手足口病不同月份的发病数、15岁以下年龄组的发病率、不同地区的发病率及社会经济影响均聚集成3类。结论：江苏省手足口病流行具有明显的季节性、人群性以及地区性;聚类分析可以作为判定手足口病流行特征的一种统计方法。

Cluster analysis on epidemiologic characteristics of Hand-foot-mouth disease in Jiangsu province in 2009

Objective：To describe and analyze the epidemiological characteristics of the prevalence of Hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）in Jiangsu province in 2009.Methods：The epidemiological characteristics of Hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）were analyzed using SAS 8.0 procedure and entered into computer using Excel 2003 program,which based on the database-＇China information system for disease control and prevention＇including the incident cases in different month,the incident rate among different age groups and areas,and the database-＇Jiangsu statistical yearbook-2009＇,including social economy status.Clustering method was performed to analyze these data.Results：According to cluster analysis,incident cases in different month,incident rate below the age of 15 years old,different regions and social and economic effects were gathered into three categories.Conclusion：The epidemiologic characteristics of HFMD in Jiangsu province in 2009 had obvious relationship with season,population and region.Cluster analysis could be used as a statistical method to distinguish the epidemiologic characteristics.
