摘    要:目的探讨蛋白激酶C抑制剂灯盏花注射液对神经元凋亡的防治作用。方法采用大鼠全脑缺血模型,观察脑缺血/再灌流后蛋白激酶C活性、神经元凋亡的变化及灯盏花对上述的影响。结果脑缺血/再灌流可以导致蛋白激酶C的移位激活、神经元凋亡的增加。灯盏花可以阻止脑缺血/再灌流导致的上述变化。结论灯盏花注射液对脑缺血/再灌流导致神经元凋亡有防治作用。

Abstract:Aim: To observe the effect of protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitor (Dengzhanhua injection) on neuronal apoptosis induced by cerebral ischemia/reperfusion. Methods: After the model ischemia/reperfusion was established in male Wistar rat. the changes of PKC activity and neuronal apoptosis were observed, the effect of Dengzhanhua injection on the above was also observed. Results: Cerebral ischemia/reperfusiun could result in PKC translocational activation and neuronal apoptosis. Dengzhanhua injection could prevent above change induced by cerebral ischemia/reperfusion. Conclusion: PKC inhibitor could prevent neuronal apoptosis induced by cerebral ischemia/reperfusion.
