记忆合金环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折30例临床分析

目的探讨镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折的临床应用价值。方法对我科2010年8月至今30例采用镍钛记忆合金环保器治疗多发性肋骨骨折病例手术适应证、手术时机及切口选择、术后功能恢复及并发症资料进行回顾性分析。结果 30例患者手术后胸廓形态恢复正常,疼痛明显缓解,呼吸功能改善,平均住院时间12d,均痊愈出院。术后3个月复查胸片,肋骨骨折对位良好,随访3～12个月,平均6个月,无1例出现环抱器移位及脱落。结论应用镍钛记忆合金环保器治疗多发性肋骨骨折具有创伤小,手术时间短,操作简单,术后并发症少,住院时间短,远期肺功能改善佳等优点,治疗效果确切,值得临床推广。

Clinical study of nickel-titanium shape memory alloy embracing fixator in treating patients with multiple rib fractures

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nickel-titanium shape memory alloy embracing fixator for the treatment of multiple rib fractures.Methods 30 cases with multiple rib fracture treated with nickel-titanium shape memory alloy embracing fixator were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients were cured.The chest pain and respiratory function were significantly improved.The average hospitalization time was 12 days.All the patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months.Conclusion Nickel-titanium shape memory alloy embracing fixator is a simple and effective method for the treatment of multiple rib fractures,which holds many advantages such as safe operation,stable fixation and early functional exercise after surgery.It is worth to be promoted.
