重症手足口病52例临床分析

目的分析手足口病重症病例的临床特点。方法对52例重症手足口病患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 52例重症手足口病患儿,3岁以内占86.42%;发热及皮疹100%,不典型皮疹38.46%,尤其要重视疱疹性咽峡炎患者;多伴有易惊,呕吐,嗜睡等中枢神经系统症状;EV71感染比例较大;脑脊液检查提示无菌性脑膜炎;及时治疗大多数预后良好。结论重症手足口病早期发现,积极治疗可提高抢救成功率、降低死亡率。

Clinical analysis of 52 critical cases of hand-foot-mouth disease

Objective To analyze clinical characteristics of critical cases of hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）.Methods Clinical data of 52 cases of severe HFMD child patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 52 HFMD cases,those under 3 years old accounted for 86.42%.Incidence rate of fever and rash was 100% and atypical rashes 38.46%.Development of herpangina was especially noticeable.Central nervous system symptoms such as skittishness,vomiting,sleepiness and so on occurred in many cases.Large proportion of the cases developed enterovirus71（EV71） infection.Cerebrospinal fluid examination indicated aseptic meningitis.Prognosis was good in most cases after timely treatment.Conclusion Early detection and active treatment of severe HFMD can improve the success rate of rescue and reduce the mortality.
