结直肠癌RASSF1A与cyclin D1蛋白的表达及意义

目的]研究RASSF1A和cyclin D1蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达及相关性。方法]收集结直肠癌标本50例,腺瘤标本20例,正常黏膜标本20例,采用免疫组化检测RASSF1A和cyclin D1蛋白的表达。结果]①RASSF1A蛋白阳性率：结直肠癌组显著低于腺瘤及正常黏膜组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;RASSF1A蛋白表达与肿瘤Duke’s分期和淋巴结转移有关（P〈0.05）,与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、组织学分型和分化程度等无关（P〉0.05）;②cyclin D1蛋白阳性率：结直肠癌组显著高于腺瘤及正常黏膜组（P〈0.05）;cyclin D1蛋白表达与肿瘤分级、Duke’s分期及淋巴结转移有关（P〈0.05）,与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位及组织学分型等无关（P〉0.05）;③结直肠癌RASSF1A与cyclin D1蛋白表达呈显著负相关（r=-0.313,P〈0.05）。结论]RASSF1A及cyclin D1蛋白在结直肠癌的异常表达,对肿瘤发生发展起到重要作用。

On Expression of RASSF1A and cyclin D1 Protein in Colorectal Cancer

Objective]To investigate the expression and correlation of RASSF1A and cyclin D1 protein in colorectal cancer.Methods]Expression of RASSF1A and cyclin D1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in 50 cases of colorectal cancer,20 cases of colorectal adenoma and 20 cases of normal colorectal mucosa.Results] ① The positive rate of RASSF1A protein in colorectal cancer was significantly lower than that in adenoma and normal mucosa（P 0.05 or P 0.01）.The expression of RASSF1A protein was related to Duke’s stage and lymph nodes metastasis（P 0.05）,and was not related to patients’sex,age,tumor location,histological type and degree of differentiation（P 0.05）.②The positive rate of cyclin D1 protein in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that in adenoma and normal mucosa（P 0.05）.The expression of cyclin D1 protein was related to tumor grade,Duke’s stage and lymph nodes metastasis（P 0.05）,and was not related to patients’sex,age,tumor location and histological type（P 0.05）.③There was a negative correlation between the expression of RASSF1A and cyclin D1 in colorectal cancer（r =-0.313,P 0.05）.Conclusions]The abnormal expression of RASSF1A and cyclin D1 protein plays an important role in the onset and development of colorectal cancer.
