| 摘 要： | 目的熟悉大鼠原位肝移植模型的手术步骤,总结手术技巧。方法在传统"二袖套法"基础上,改进部分手术操作,共施行大鼠原位肝移植50例。结果初步建立了大鼠肝移植模型,手术成功率为90%。结论改进方法简便易行,初学者可较快掌握手术操作。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the model of orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) in rats from which we could understand the operating procedure and summarize technique.Methods On the basis of the conventional two-cuff-technique, some operative procedures had been improved. Orthotopic liver transplantation was performed on 50 rats.Results The model of orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) in rats was established successfully, the successful rate of the method was 90%.Conclusion The method is convenient and easy which can be grasped easily by the beginning students. |
