念珠菌性阴道炎患者特点和药敏分析

摘    要:目的了解念珠菌性阴道炎患者临床感染念珠菌的特点及其耐药情况。方法对念珠菌性阴道炎患者的标本运用生物梅里埃AP120CAUX酵母菌鉴定系统、CHROMagra Candida显色培养基和真菌Mie药敏盒进行病原体的鉴定与药物感染试验。结果630例阴道炎患者的阴道分泌物标本中共检出念珠菌422林,检出率为67.0%,其他33.0%为非念珠菌性阴道炎。临床分离的念珠菌以白色念珠菌居多380株(90.0%);其次为近平滑念珠菌30株(7.1%),较少的热带念珠菌12株(2.8%)。临床常用抗真菌5种药物中,氟康唑敏感性为100%,两性霉素B敏感性为99%。结论念珠菌性阴道炎患者临床分离以白色念珠菌占明显优势之外,还有近平滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌等念珠菌的感染。氟康唑、两性霉素B、5-氟胞嘧啶保持较高的体外活性,是治疗真菌的有效药物。

Abstract:Objective To understand the infective features and drug-resistance of Candida in candidal vaginitis patients. Methods Samples from candidal vaginitis patients were determined by Bliom API ZOALIX and the isolated pathogens were cultured with CHROM agar Candida medium and identified by using fungus MIC kits. Results There 422 Candida strains were detected from 630 samples in candidal vaginal secretions with detection rate of 67% and the others were non-candidal vaginitis (33%). There were 380 Candida albicans strains (90%), next were 30 Candida parapsilosis strains (7%) and followed by 12 Candidn tropicalis strains (3%). The susceptibility of fungi to Fluconazole was 100% and 99% to Amphotericin B. Conclusion Candida albicans is predominated in the strains isolated from candidal vaginitis patients. Fluconazole. Ampnotericin-B and 5-fluorocytosine are the drugs effective for treatment of deep fungus infection.
