| 摘 要： | 论述我国护理成本研究中存在的方法单一、体系缺乏、病人分类系统不能满足需要等问题，提出护理成本管理要注重预算，提高人力生产力，进行成本效益分析和开发计算机综合信息系统等措施，指出现阶段进行护理成本研究的实际意义。

| Abstract: | In the paper,the authors point out the problems in the nursing cost research including singular research methods,lack of systematic study,lag of the system in classifying patients.They argue that cost management of nursing involves nursing budget,promotion of manpower productivity,analysis of cost-benefit,and development of computer-aided comprehensive information system.Meanwhile,they expatiate the practical importance in the present study on nursing cost. |
