| 摘 要： | 目的：分析红皮病的病因。方法：对63例红皮病住院病人进行回顾性分析。结果：继发于其它皮肤言不由衷的患者占73.02%，其它依次为药材物过敏、肿瘤和原因不明，其中寻常型银屑病是最常见的原发性疾病。结论：寻找红皮病的病因有助于指导治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To anal y se causes of erythroderma.Methods :Sixty three cases of erythroderma in department of dermatology from 1986 to 1999 were analysed retrospectively.Results:Among the 63 cases patients with primordial dermatoses acco unted for 73 02%,the rest with drug allerg y,cancer,and unknown causes.Psoriasis vu lgaris was the most common original dise ase.Conclusion:Finding out the causes of erythroderma is helpful to guide treatment for this disease. |
