| 摘 要： | 目的:观察高压静电联合川芎嗪注射液和甲钴胺注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:2006年3月~2008年5月期间糖尿病并发周围神经病变患者86例,在相同的糖尿病治疗的基础上,随机分为对照组43例,使用川芎嗪注射液联合甲钴胺注射液;治疗组43例,使用川芎嗪注射液联合甲钴胺注射液治疗同时,予高压静电治疗,疗程均为3周,观察两组治疗前后的变化。结果:高压静电联合川芎嗪和甲钴胺治疗组DPN疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:高压静电联合川芎嗪和甲钴胺能够更有效减轻DPN患者的临床症状。
