角膜内皮细胞的损伤及促进其修复的因素

角膜内皮创伤愈合早在19世纪就受到人们的重视,近年来对角膜内皮损伤的病理、愈合的过程、修复机制均有了更深刻的认识。很多学者对角膜内皮愈合过程中各种因子的促进作用进行了系统的研究。其中各种生长因子和纤维连接蛋白对角膜内皮的愈合有促进作用,层粘连蛋白、高糖、柔红霉素对角膜内皮细胞有损害作用。

Impairment of Corneal Endothelial cell and Repair Promoting Factors

Wound healing of corneal endothelial cell has attracten more attention early in 19 century. In recent years, deepgoing understanding of corneal endothelial cell wound about its pathology, healing process and repair mechanism has been achieved. Many scholars have systemicly studed many factors aobut their elfeet in the wound healing of this kind of injury, among them, all of growth factors and fibronectin promote corneal endothelial cell healing, while laminin, high glucose, daunorubicin damage corneal endothelial cells.
