CT测量中老年人门静脉、腹主动脉管径及其比值

目的:应用16排CT增强扫描,探讨健康中老年入门静脉与腹主动脉管径及其比值的特点.方法:取符合条件的上腹部CT增强检查的中老年人160例,按年龄分为2组(中年组40～59岁,老年组60～79岁),每组80例(其中男女各40例).测量门静脉期门静脉(PV)、腹主动脉(AA)管径,计算两者比值(R值)并进行统计学分析.结果:PV及AA直径在不同性别之间的差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),R值在不同性别之间的差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).PV直径在中老年组之间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),AA直径及R值在中老年组之间差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:PV、AA管径及R值的测量可以为引起门静脉或腹主动脉管径改变的相关疾病的诊断提供具有一定价值的影像学依据,R值的适用范围更广.

CT Measurements of the Diameters of Portal Vein,Abdominal Aorta and their Ratios in Healthy Middle-aged and Elderly People

Purpose: To measure the diameters of the portal vein(PV) and abdominal aorta(AA),and to compute the ratios(value R) of PV to AA in healthy middle-aged and elderly people by 16-slice spiral CT.Methods: One hundred and sixty healthy subjects were performed enhanced abdomen CT.They were divided into two groups regarding to their ages.There were 40 men and 40 women in each group.The diameters of the portal vein and abdominal aorta were measured.And their ratios(value R) were computed.Results: There were significant differences in the diameters of PV and AA between different genders(P<0.05),while value R was not related to the gender(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the diameters of PV between two age groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the diameters of AA and value R between two age groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Measurement of the changes of the diameters of the portal vein and abdominal aorta is valuable.It provides information for the diagnosis of diseases that could cause morphologic change of portal vein or abdominal aorta.The application scope of the value R is more broader.
