颅底外科手术患者留置腰大池引流的术中管理

目的探讨颅底外科手术患者术中腰大池引流的管理方法。方法对12例手术中应用腰大池引流的颅底肿瘤外科手术患者进行完善的术中管理，严密控制引流液的速度和引流量，积极预防腰大池引流并发症的发生。结果12例接受颅底手术的患者手术过程中颅内压控制良好，未发生术中及术后腰大池引流并发症。结论对腰大池引流患者进行积极而有效的术中管理，可以有效预防并发症，有助于颅底外科手术的顺利进行。

Intraoperative management of lumbar cerebellomedullary cistern drainage for patients with skull base surgery

Objective To discuss the intraoperative management methods of lumbar cerebellomedullary cistern drainage during skull base surgery. Method Through controlling the speed and amount of drainage, we improved management methods to prevent the implications of intraoperative lumbar cerebellomedullary cistern drainage in 12 patients after surgery of skull base tumor. Results During skull base surgical operation, the intracranial pressure was controlled well in every patient. No intraoperative or postoperative implications of lumbar cerebrospinal fluid drainage occurred. Conclusion Active and effective intraoperative management of lumbar cerebellomedullary cistern drainage for patients can prevent complication and contribute to the success of the surgery.
