| 摘 要： | 作者总结手术治疗老年胆囊炎、胆石症150例。胆石症中以胆总管结石发病最高(79.3％)。老年胆囊炎胆石症时常合并其他疾病,是手术死亡率高的重要原因。因此,老年人胆囊炎、胆石症手术治疗时,应结合病人年龄、器官功能全面考虑,采用简便易行、创伤小、费时短的术式;并尽量作到早期诊断,择期手术,可降低手术死亡率。

| Abstract: | Summarized is the surgical treatment of 150 cases of senile cholecystitis and cholelithiasis. Of cholelithiasis, the incidence of choledo- cholithiasis was the highest(79.3%). Senile cholecystitis and cholelithiasis were usually complicated by other diseases. This was the important reason for the high mortality in surgical operation.So, in the treatmrnt of senile cholecystitis and cholelithiasis, such factors as the ages of patients and functions of organs should be taken into consideration.Diagnosis made early, simple and easy operations should be performed in good time with little traumas. This may reduce the operation mortality. |
