| 摘 要： | 牙骨质结构不良是临床上较常见的疾病之一,由于其有X线表现的多样性,常常造成临床诊断不清,影响了该疾病的正确治疗。牙骨质结构不良临床上易误诊为慢性根尖周炎、骨髓炎、肿瘤等。本文对牙骨质结构不良的临床表现、影像诊断以及二者之间的相关性进行分析,以便临床医生能够正确诊断。

| Abstract: | Cemental dysplasia is a non-neoplastic lesion and features different X-ray appearances that easily confuse dentists. This condition is often observed in conventional dental films or occasionally on panoramic radiographs. Cemental dysplasia is easily misdiagnosed as chronic periapical periodontitis, osteomyelitis, and tumor. In this paper, clinical mani-festations, imaging diagnosis, and the correlation between these variables are analyzed to achieve correct diagnosis. |
