| 摘 要： | 用聚合酶链反应技术检测１９分急性弛缓性麻痹患者的粪便中脊髓灰质炎病毒，其中１１份阳性，与中和试验鉴定及单克隆抗体鉴定结果符合率为９０．９０％￣１００％。该法不仅简便，敏感，特异分型，而且可作型内鉴别，为环境样品中脊灰病毒污染提供了检测手术。

| Abstract: | Poliovirus-RNA was detected in 11 clinical fecal specimens with AFP out of 19 samples. These comparative results between NT and Mcah identifications showed a coincidence rate of 90.90%-100%. Our experiment suggested that PCR a simple,sensitive,identification type and could be used for intratypic differentiation of poliovirus strains. It can also be applied for the detection of poliovirus contamination in the environment. |
