全自动免疫组化染色仪与手工免疫染色的比较

目的观察比较Ventana全自动免疫组化染色仪与手工免疫染色的应用。方法选用常规应用的多种免疫试剂一抗和同种二抗,并采用机器操作与手工操作两种方法进行免疫组化染色,对比实验结果。结果应用全自动染色仪阳性染色着色均匀,定位准确,无边缘效应,背景清晰,各项指标均优于手工操作染色的组织。结论使用全自动免疫组化染色仪不仅标准化程度高,利于规范操作,更减少了手工操作染色带来的人为误差,能为临床病理诊断提供更准确的依据。
