| 摘 要： | 目的 考查依据抗菌药物合理用药原则干预围手术期临床用药效果.方法 选取实施干预前的2003年10月、2004年4月及实施持续性干预后的2004年10月、2005年4、10月、2006年4、10月,对上述月份全部出院病例围手术期使用抗菌药物进行调查.结果 经持续性干预后,围手术期抗茵药物使用率逐年提高,特别是清洁-污染手术和污染手术切口术前30 min抗菌药物使用率分别从干预前的48.9%、14.3%增加到88.2%、50.0%;抗菌药物占总药费的比例从30.51%下降到24.06%.结论 采取有效可行的持续性干预措施,可提高围手术期预防性用药率,对降低手术切口感染和减轻患者负担具有重要的意义.
