肾损伤的诊断和治疗分析

目的探讨肾损伤的诊断和治疗。方法报告肾损伤65例，其中闭合性损伤42例（64．6％），开放性损伤5例（7．7％）；合并伤18例（27．7％）。B超检查45例，CT检查12例，IVU检查8例。非手术治疗53例（81．5％），手术治疗12例（18．5％）。结果B超阳性率86．6％，CT阳性率100％，IVU阳性率69．2％；非手术治愈53例，手术治愈10例。结论B超检查最便捷，可初步判断肾脏伤情。cT检查准确快速，增强后可观察双肾功能状况，对治疗有重要帮助。其治疗主要取决于肾脏伤情，保守治疗是重要的治疗方法。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Renal Injury

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of renal injury. Methods 65 cases with renal injury were studied：42 cases with closed injury （64. 6% ） ,5 cases with open injury （7.7%） and 18 cases with associated injury （27.7%） ;ultrasotmd examinations were made in 45 cases, CT in 12 cases and IVU in 8 cases;non -surgical treatment was given to 53 cases （ 81.5% ） while surgical treatment to 12 cases （ 18.5 ）. Results The positive rate of ultrasound examination was 86.6% ,that of CT was 100% and that of IVU was 69. 2% ;53 cases treated by non - surgical treatment and 10 cases by surgical treatment recovered. Conclusions Ultrasound examination is simple and fast in primary diagnosis of renal injury while CT is more accurate, especially the contrast - CT, and can show out the renal function,it is of important help for treatment;treatment selection depends on the conditions of renal injury,conservative treatment is an important method.
