| 摘 要： | 目的关于晚期肿瘤患者的护理。方法对152例晚期肿瘤患者从病房环境、鼓励探视和陪护,加强基础护理和心理护理以及减轻病人疼痛、营养支持等方面进行护理。结果患者在生理、心理得到了充分的安慰,使他们能够坦然地面对人生,走完生命的最后一程,提高了生存质量。结论实施对晚期肿瘤患者的护理及关怀是社会发展的要求,也是护理人员的一种责任。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing of patients with advanced tumor.Methods Nursing interventions for patients with advanced tumor in our department include： creating a comfortable ward environment,encouraging accompany and visit,enhancing basic nursing and mental nursing to relieve patients＇ pain and offering nutritional supports,which led to an ideal and satisfying results.Results A total of 152 patients with advanced tumor have gained sufficient consolation,which makes them calmly face the life and gets through the last journey of life with improvement of life quality.Conclusion It＇s necessary to perform care to patients with advanced tumor and show concerns to them,which is the requests of social development and is also the responsibility of nursing staffs. |
