胸腺肽与大观霉素联合二氧化碳激光治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效观察

目的 探讨胸腺肽与大观霉素联合二氧化碳激光治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效.方法 临床诊断宫颈糜烂患者68例,随机双盲分为两组,其中治疗组36例,实施二氧化碳激光术后,大观霉素2.0g双侧肌肉注射,共1天;口服胸腺肽肠溶片20mg,每天2次,共10天.对照组32例,按上述方法 激光治疗后,口服罗红霉素0.15g,每天2次,共10天.分别于治疗后4周和8周时回医院检查,观察记录临床各项指标.结果 治疗后4周两组临床有效率分别为75.00%和53.12%,治疗后8周两组临床有效率分别为91.66%和75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 胸腺肽、大观霉素联合二氧化碳激光治疗宫颈糜烂安全、有效、方便,可明显缩短疗程.

Clinical effect of thymopeptide and spectinomycin combined with carbon dioxide laser on cervical erosion

Objective To observe the Clinical effect of thymopeptide and spectinomycin combined with carbon dioxide laser on cervical erosion. Methods All 68 patients with cervical erosion were divided into two groups randomly. After treatment by carbon dioxide laser, therapy group (36 cases) was received thymopeptide enteric-coated tablet 20 mg orally twice a day and spectinomycin 2g intramuscularly for 10 days, and the other group was received Roxithromyein Capsules 0.15g orally twice a day for 10 days. All patients were followed-up examined and the effects of different groups on cervical erosion wore evaluated 4 and 8 weeks later. Results The efficiencies of the two groups were 75.00% and 91.66% after 4 weeks and 53.12% and 75.00% after 8 weeks, respectively. Conclusion Thymopeptide and spectinomycin combined with carbon dioxide laser is a safe,effective and convenient therapy for cervical erosion and could significantly shorten the length of treatment.
