摘    要:目的:调查医院检验科员工工作满意度现状,分析其影响因素,为稳定检验队伍,提升科室管理水平提供依据。方法:参考国际标准化组织(ISO)发布的《医学实验室质量和能力认可准则》(ISO15189:2012)自行设计调查问卷,内容包括员工性别、年龄、职称、工作年限、受聘形式及学历等一般资料和工作自身、专业组管理、科室管理、个人发展及工作环境5个维度的满意度量表,采用问卷星调查方式对56名检验科员工进行调查。结果:调查问卷满意度量表中工作自身维度得分为(4.45±0.51)分,专业组管理维度得分为(4.39±0.53)分,科室管理维度得分为(4.40±0.49)分,个人发展维度得分为(4.33±0.51)分,工作环境维度得分为(4.32±0.53)分。员工对科室总体满意度得分为4.38分,处于比较满意状态,但仍有进一步提升空间。影响员工满意度的主要因素有聘任方式、工作年限和职称。结论:检验科员工满意度仍有提升空间,科室应酌情改善工作环境,优化工作流程,针对重点人群进行深入调查。

Investigation and analysis on survey of employee satisfaction of clinical laboratory in large grade-A tertiary hospital of traditional Chinese medicine

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the current situation of job satisfaction of clinical laboratory staff,and analyze its influencing factors to provide basis for stabilizing the laboratory team and improving the management level of the department.Methods:A self-designed questionnaires,including general information such as employee gender,age,professional title,working years,employment form and education background,as well as five-dimensional satisfaction scales of work itself,professional group management,department management,personal development and work environment,was used to investigate 56 laboratory employees using the Wenjuanxing method.Results:In the questionnaire satisfaction scale,the work dimension was scored(4.45±0.51),the professional group management dimension is(4.39±0.53),the department management dimension was(4.40±0.49),the personal development dimension was(4.33±0.51)and the work environment dimension was(4.32±0.53).The overall satisfaction score of the staff with the department was 4.38,which was relatively satisfied,but there is some room for further improvement.The main influencing factors of staff satisfaction were the way of employment,the length of service and the professional title.Conclusion:There is still room for improvement of staff satisfaction in clinical laboratory.The department should improve the working environment as appropriate,optimize the working process and conduct in-depth investigations on key groups of people.
