| 摘 要： | 张新建主任医师认为小儿遗尿症病因有虚实之分,但以"虚"为多,病因病机为先天肾虚不固,下元失调;后天失养,肺脾气虚;肝脾湿热,下迫膀胱,火邪妄动,水不得宁;心肾不交,水火不济,上不制下,气机紊乱。临床治疗应辨证与辨病相结合,家庭管理与内服药物、中医外治相结合,才能达到较好的效果。附案例4则,以资验证。
