Contrastive analysis of transthoracic color Doppler ultrasonography and conventional electrocardiogram in diagnosis of heart disease

Abstract:Objective To compare and analyze the clinical application value of transthoracic color Doppler ultrasonography and conventional electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of heart disease. Methods A total of 88 patients with heart disease treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were diagnosed by transthoracic and cardiac color Doppler ultrasound and conventional electrocardiogram.The detection rate, cardiac function, cardiac structure and correlation analysis were compared between the two diagnostic methods. Results The detection rate of left ventricular enlargement, left ventricular hypertrophy, decreased aortic elasticity and aortic dilatation diagnosed by chest and heart color Doppler ultrasound were significantly higher than those diagnosed by conventional electrocardiogram, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The left ventricular diameter, left atrial diameter/aortic root diameter, ejection fraction and E/A ratio diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography were significantly higher than those diagnosed by conventional ECG, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Pearson analysis showed that left atrial diameter(r=0.674), left atrial diameter/aortic root(r=0.705), ejection fraction(r=0.695), E/A ratio(r =0.658) were significantly positively correlated with the incidence of heart disease(P<0.05). Conclusion compared with the conventional electrocardiogram diagnosis way, via chest cardiac color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of heart disease lesion detection rate is higher, the structure change of cardiac function and heart is more apparent, higher sensitivity, clinical can be on the basis of left inside diameter,left atrial diameter/aortic root diameter, ejection fraction, E/A ratio, to evaluate degree of pathological changes, formu-late corresponding treatment measures for its implementation.
