Design and research of construction scheme of clinical information system of emergency department of hospital

Abstract:Objective:To establish a clinical information system of emergency department,so as to realize the delicacy managements of medical service and medical equipment.Methods:The browser and server(B/S)architecture was adopted and Java language was used as development tool to design clinical information system of emergency department.This system supported the mainstream database system Oracle 10G or later,and it was connected to the monitor and arm sphygmomanometer with output protocol and interface,and it had the function of completing automatic collection of physical signs.Results:The information integration of pre-hospital and nosocomial combined first-aid can be completed,and the combined rescue model with the mutual connection between pre-hospital and nosocomial rescue was established,and the integrated connection and mutual assistance and complementation could be formed through the integration of vehicle system and nosocomial subsystem.Conclusion:Emergency information system can cover each link of clinical work related to emergency,and it can improve the work efficiency of medical staffs,and enhance the quality of medical service for patients,and achieve comprehensively centralized management of medical data of hospital.
