Design and construction of medical big data center based on artificial intelligence

Objective:To build a data center based on artificial intelligence for realizing the merger,governance and mining of medical data in application,and achieving normalization for these data so as to comprehensively enhance the availability of medical data and establish data assets with high-quality for hospital.Methods:The clinical data center,operational data center and the data center of scientific research were used as core of construction in hospital,and a series of artificial intelligence techniques included the natural language processing,data analysis,mining,behavior identity(BI),machine learning were operated to realize the informatization,standardization,normalization,elaboration and intelligence of each operation process of hospital.Results:6 kinds of data included clinical data,operation,performance,staffs,quality control and scientific research were arranged and integrated through constructed 3 medical data centers based on the core of clinical practice,operation and scientific research.And it realized the maximum utilization of the resource of medical service.Conclusion:The establishment of medical data center of hospital can effectively solve the problems of"not unique,not accurate,not real-time,not sharing,not linkage"of hospital data,and can promote the scientific,professional and fine management of hospital operation.
