摘    要:目的建立科学、公正、准确的绩效考评体系。方法云霄县食品药品监督管理局通过建立科学有效的岗位绩效考评体系,激发职工内在潜能,调动了工作积极性。结果与结论提高了机关工作人员素质,培养了团结协作、和谐共进的团队精神,促进了和谐机关的建设,达到了增强机关工作效能的目的。

Abstract:Objective Scientific, fair and accurate evaluation system was established. Methods Not only provided a basis for evaluate each performance of staff member, but also can improve the quality of government workers, enhance the effectiveness of the Organs work performance. Yunxiao SFDA established the scientific and effective job performance evaluation system. It inspired workers inherent potential, mobilized the enthusiasm initiative. Results and Conclusions To improve the quality of the staff, help train a united and harmonious team, promote the building of a harmonious department, and achieve the purpose enhanced authority performance.
