摘 要: | 本文观察了空肠弯曲菌在布氏肉汤中的生长速度,比较研究了它在铁盐双相琼脂和布氏血琼脂双相培养基上生长的特点。实验表明经43℃24小时培养后,铁盐双相琼脂上菌落生长数为1.64×10~8cfu/ml,而在布氏血双相琼脂上则为2.85×10~8cfa/ml。空肠弯曲菌在布氏血双相琼脂中进行培养,于42℃42小时菌液浓度即可达2.5×10~(10)cfu/ml,连续观察18.5天仍有活菌生长(7.0×10~5cfu/ml)。在pH值的测定中表明18~450小时的弯曲菌培养液,碱度逐步上升(pH7.2~8.6)。空肠弯曲菌在双相培养基中存活和繁殖比较适宜,但对此菌存活持续时间的长期观察仍需进一步研究。

Study on the growth and characteristics of campylobacter jejuni cultured with biphasic culture system |

Abstract: | The results reported herein are the growth rate and characteristics of Campylobacter Jejuni cultured with biphasic ( solid-broth ) Brucella agar containing sheep red blood cells or with brucella agar supplemented with sulfate-sodium metabisulfite and sodium pyruvate,and demonstrated that the biphasic media are better than either solid phase or liquid phase medium and biphasic blood brucella agar is better than supplementary brucella agar for growth of Campylobacter Jejuni.Satisfactory growth of Campylobacter Jejuni 83097 was obtained with biphasic Brucella blood agar. The number of viable cells was 2.85×l08 cfu/ml after 24h incubation at 43℃ as compared with 1.64×108 cfu/ml cultured on the supple-.oieated media and incubated under the same conditions.Human strain 83097 of Campylobacter Jejuni grown on the biphasic blood medium mentioned above survived up to 18,5 days (our time of observation). |
