| 摘 要： | 高效液相色谱法,也简称为HPLC法,从20世纪60年代应用起,经过了快速的发展及实验应用,目前已经在理论及实践方面得到进一步的完善,实验应用范围已经涵盖了医药检验、药物研究、生命科学、环保调查等诸多领域。特别是在药品检验中得到了广泛的应用。
