帕瑞昔布钠对于肿瘤外科患者术后镇痛的效果观察

目的评价帕瑞昔布钠对肿瘤外科术后静脉镇痛的临床疗效。方法将肿瘤外科患者68例随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,手术结束前20min治疗组给予帕瑞昔布钠40mg静脉注射,对照组给予生理盐水5ml静脉滴注,比较2组术后芬太尼用量、自控镇痛次数和静息、运动时疼痛评分。结果治疗组术后芬太尼用量,以及术后12、24h自控镇痛次数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组术后12、24h静息疼痛评分、运动疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤外科手术患者采用帕瑞昔布进行镇痛,可减少术后芬太尼用量和自控镇痛次数,术后疼痛评分降低,镇痛效果显著。

The effect observation of parecoxib sodium on postoperative analgesia for surgical oncology patients

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect for parecoxib sodium in postoperative analgesia for surgical on-eology patients. Methods 68 cases of surgical oncology patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group. The treatment group was taken with intravenous parecoxib sodium （40rag） 20 rain before the end of the surgely. And the control group was taken with intravenous infusion saline （5ml）. The postoperative fentanyl dosage, self-control analgesia times and resting , sports pain scores of 2 groups were compared. Results The postoperative fentanyl dosage and the self-control analgesia times for postoperative 12h and 24h in the treatment group were significantly less than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The resting pain scores and movement pain scores in the treatment group 12h and 24h after surgery were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is effective for parecoxib sodium in postoperative analgesia for surgical oncology patients, which can reduce the dose of fentanyl, the self-control analgesia times and postoperative pain scA3res.
