连续性肾替代治疗(CRRT)在急性肾功能衰竭患者的预后研究

目的研究连续性肾替代治疗(CRRT)在急性肾功能衰竭患者预后的影响。方法选择我院2011年6月至2012年6月32例急性肾功能衰竭患者,均采用CRRT治疗,采用自体对照研究的形式,对患者治疗前后生化参数变化进行比较。结果治疗后患者收缩压、舒张压较治疗前明显降低,心率较治疗前明显减慢,治疗后患者血气指标有了明显的改善,二氧化碳潴留、缺氧症状明显改善,酸碱平衡失调得到明显的纠正,治疗后与治疗前比较差异具有显著性,有统计学意义P<0.05。36例急性肾功能衰竭患者采用连续性肾替代治疗后,C反应蛋白由治疗前的(124±32.9)g/L下降为(64±31.2)g/L;治疗后与治疗前比较差异具有显著性,有统计学意义P<0.05。结论连续性肾替代治疗对患者体内的毒素清除、液体控制、血流动力学等方面均具有明显优势,可提高患者预后。

Prognosis Study of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) in Acute Renal Failure Patients

Objective To study the continuous renal replacement therapy（CRRT） in acute renal failure the influence of patient outcomes.Methods Choose from June 2011-June 2012 32 cases of acute renal failure patients,all use CRRT treatment,the form of autologous control study,the patients before and after treatment and biochemical parameters comparison.Results After treatment in patients with systolic pressure,diastolic pressure before treatment is reduced significantly,and heart rate is obviously slow down before treatment and after treatment patients flesh index got obvious improvement,carbon dioxide retention,anoxic symptom obviously improved,acid-base balance disorders are obviously correct,after treatment before treatment and compared with significant difference,there is statistical significance（P0.05）.36 cases of acute renal failure patients using continuous renal replacement therapy,c-reactive protein by before treatment（124±32.9 g/L reduced to（64±31.2 g/L,After treatment before treatment and compared with significant difference,there is statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Continuous renal replacement therapy to patients the toxin inside body clear,liquid control,hemodynamic,etc have obvious advantages,it can improve the prognosis of patients with.
