控制体质量与膝关节骨性关节炎的发病关系

肥胖被认为是骨性关节炎(OA)的高危因素,相关临床数据表明控制或减轻体质量是预防和治疗膝关节OA的有效措施之一。但是并没有循证医学依据来解释控制体质量与膝关节OA发病之间的关系。近年来研究发现,控制体质量的过程主要对减小膝内收力矩、降低轴向冲量等生物机械因素,以减轻膝关节负荷有重要的意义。现根据国内外文献,就两者发病相关性进行综述。

Weight Control and the Pathogenesis of Knee Osteoarthritis

Obesity is considered a risk factor for osteoarthritis(OA).Relevant clinical data have suggested that controlling or losing weight is one of the effective measures to prevent and treat knee OA.Whereas,there is no evidence-based medicine basis to explain the relationship between the control of body weight and the incidence of knee OA.Recent studies have found the process of weight control has important significance to lower knee load,mainly by reducing the knee adduction moment,the axial impulse and other biomechanical factors.According to the domestic and foreign literature,here is to make a review on the correlation between the onset of the two diseases.
