| 摘 要： | 目的：检测卵巢癌患者外周血中clusterin蛋白水平,并探讨其临床意义。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附分析法分别测定137例卵巢癌患者、12例卵巢交界性肿瘤患者、10例卵巢良性肿瘤患者、41例盆腔良性疾患病人和58例健康人外周血血浆中clusterin蛋白水平。结果：卵巢癌患者血浆中的clusterin蛋白水平[（109.37±52.37）ng/ml]显著高于健康人对照组[（102.61±18.48）ng/ml,P=0.021]。在卵巢癌患者组,发生远处转移的患者外周血的clusterin蛋白水平显著高于未发生远处转移者（P〈0.01）;血浆中的clusterin蛋白水平在卵巢癌不同分期、分化和有无淋巴转移等临床病理指标间的差异无统计学意义。结论：卵巢癌患者外周血中clusterin蛋白水平显著高于健康人群,并且可能与卵巢癌远处转移有关。
